By purchasing our service, you agree to the following:

• Service is provided on a monthly basis with no contracts. You may cancel at any time.

• Clear and timely communication is the client’s responsibility to ensure project progress.

• If a project extends beyond one month and the client cancels, no further work will be completed.

• For flat rate services, if delivery time is extended due to project delays, additional fees may apply at the time of service.

• Upon payment, the client has the right to use any preliminary or finished work rendered as they see fit. LUCKI MEDIA retains the right to use the work for publication, presentation, and portfolio purposes.

• If an invoice is sent, payment must be paid within 5 business days from the client. Otherwise a late fee of $

• Service is delivered “as is” with no guarantees of specific outcomes.

• Late Payment Policy: A late fee of 2% of the total invoice amount (or $35, whichever is greater) will be applied if payment is not received within 10 days of the due date. An additional $35 will be charged for every 30-day period the invoice remains unpaid thereafter.

• By acknowledging this agreement, you understand that no refunds will be provided.

• We reserve the right to terminate service for any violations of these terms.
