路 Service is provided on a monthly basis with no contracts. You may cancel at any time.
路 Clear and timely communication is the client鈥檚 responsibility to ensure project progress.
路 If a project extends beyond one month and the client cancels, no further work will be completed.
路 For flat rate services, if delivery time is extended due to project delays, additional fees may apply at the time of service.
路 Upon payment, the client has the right to use any preliminary or finished work rendered as they see fit. LUCKI MEDIA retains the right to use the work for publication, presentation, and portfolio purposes.
路 Service is delivered “as is” with no guarantees of specific outcomes.
路 By acknowledging this agreement, you understand that no refunds will be provided.
路 We reserve the right to terminate service for any violations of these terms.
